When you contact us, design your gym or request a quote, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and details about your space and training goals. We also collect basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare your blueprint and quote, deliver and install your gym, and improve our website. We will only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them.

We process your data where it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract with you, to perform that contract, where we have a legitimate interest in running our business, or where you have given consent.

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted partners who help us deliver our service — such as equipment suppliers, installers and website providers — and only as much as they need.

Our enquiry forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting them. Your use of Turnstile is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and customer records for as long as required for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
